Why join?

The American German Business Club in Wiesbaden  –  Mainz is a private, non-profit organization. Its activities are designed to strengthen the ties between representatives of American and German business through personal networking in an informal atmosphere. It is part of an informal network of AGBC's in major German cities.

An all-volunteer organization, AGBC provides a forum for the discussion of national and international commercial relations and ideas. AGBC supports free trade, the sharing of ideas benefiting both countries, and personal interaction between business people within Germany. 

Who can become a member?

AGBC membership is generally open to all individual and corporate applicants regardless of national background or type of business.  Important to us is the exchange of thought and the forming of ties within the American and German business community.

We believe in friendly face to face communication in an open atmosphere. Feel free to sit-in on our discussions, for everyone has something to contribute. Our club members have pledged to act as culture coaches by addressing specific communication problems, helping to reduce misunderstandings and prejudices, opening new perspectives and improving conditions of mutual understanding.
